Once your appointment has been confirmed please make your way to the reception area (blue building with yellow window decal that reads "Digbeth") and inform the receptionist that you have an appointment with Dr Foot, Studio 402, Greenhouse. One of our podiatrists will come to meet and greet you and take you to our clinic.

WALK from the Bullring, by St Martins Church, straight down Digbeth High St for 4 minutes, turn left into Gibb Street and you will see the Custard Factory welcome sign.

There are three pay and display car parks in close proximity to the Custard Factory: Trinity Street car park on Heath Mill Lane, Zellig car park on Digbeth High Street and the North Yard car park on Gibb Street. We recommend trinity street car park on Heath Mill Lane which has over 100 spaces, parking charges are £1.40 per hour (most treatments take less than a hour). It has a distinctive entrance! Leave the car park from the main entrance and turn left and walk across the road onto Gibb Street.

Alternative Car Park

An alternative park for patients with mobility problems is the North Yard Car Park. The North Yard car park is situated 200 metres from our reception area on Gibb Street, although it contains no disabled car parking spaces it does have room for around twenty cars. It has a slight incline on to the main road and has uneven surfaces through out. It is accessible from 07:00 hours to 19:00 hours daily and has a two metre height restriction. It is only accessible from High Street Deritend coming from the City Center.
